Description
30 minute Wellbeing Check ins offer employees the chance to talk to a trained psychotherapist in a safe and confidential space. Employees can explore how they are currently feeling in all areas of their life.
These sessions give employees the opportunity to see if the therapist is the right fit for their needs and if regular 121 counselling is something that they would like to explore further.

It can be daunting trying to find a Psychotherapist, so let me tell you a bit about myself. I work in private practice and have for many years worked in the Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Unit at St Pancras Hospital (Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust).
I am a member of the Tavistock Society of Psychotherapists (TSP), the British Psychoanalytic Council (BPC) and the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP). I am DBS checked.
I believe that you go to school to learn about the world and you come to therapy to learn about yourself. I will provide a safe, regular space where your thoughts, feelings and patterns of relating can gradually emerge and be understood.
I have worked with people from diverse backgrounds, countries, religious beliefs and sexualities and am especially mindful of a client’s culture, religion and social influences.
I can help with a range of complex issues, you may be able to name or you may not have a name for your difficulties, yet experience intense feelings such as anger, shame or guilt, or you might feel confused, stuck or empty.
