In this 60-minute talk, we will look at understanding what Emotional Intelligence is and the positive effect it can have on building relationships in any capacity, both personally and professionally.
We will break down the 4 key pillars of Emotional Intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Empathy and Social Skills and consider how small changes can make a significant impact.
Outcomes: Emotional intelligence is something we all have and use every day in many aspects of our lives. This session will provide you with a good understanding of what it involves, allowing you to understand your own emotions as well as use them more consciously, improving outcomes and your own wellbeing, particularly in challenging situations. You will also be equipped with tools and techniques to help you improve each pillar area of EI. This session can be presented virtually or in person, please note in person may require additional travel costs.

Rachael White is an employee experience specialist, certified mindset coach and owner of The Restart Story. Rachael’s expertise in change management and creating a great workplace culture enables her to support her clients with big life changes, whether it’s a new career role or becoming a parent and gets them back to being their best selves.
