Description
Stress is a factor we all have to deal with day to day, and given the circumstances in the world right now, stress has understandably increased for many people over the past few years. Understanding what ‘stress’ is and knowing how to build up our resilience are key factors in maintaining and improving our mental and physical wellbeing. A very large (and growing) body of research has shown that bringing appropriate coping skills into daily life has a significant impact on building resilience and managing stress more healthily. In this session we will be looking at specific elements within these areas so you can apply a new understanding into your daily life, as well as learning some key skills you can take away and apply to make a difference.Tom Cleary
