Description
Sleep has been affected in many ways recently as our minds struggle to switch off or process the various things that are happening in the world around us. People are reporting difficulties in falling asleep (often with their mind still churning), or waking up through the night or earlier than usual. And vivid dreams or nightmares have been on the rise.
We all find it harder to function without a decent night’s rest, so this session will help you understand more about sleep and explore ways to improve your chances of sleeping well.
What do you know: Myths and Facts
Why sleep is important: The impact of sleep (and lack of it!)
Sleep issues: what types are there? What are the causes?
