Description
Reflective Practice with a qualified supervisor or experienced facilitator offers an HR professional a reflective, confidential and safe space in which to discuss and think about:
Their role and responsibilities
Where does the HR culture come from?
How an HR works across boundaries?
How does an HR professional ensure that their work culture keeps people wanting to stay at a company?
We’ll look at how different roles create different tensions and how do HRs work together to deliver what they need to?
The session is ultimately a space for HRs to address their own mental health and their place as a human and an HR within the process.
