Description
A 30 minute routine to help find a sense of grounded presence, alert yet relaxed.
Participants will experience a unique combination of movements and simple breathing exercises to help combat the negative side effects of daily stress and rebalance body and mind.
This helps to manage our physiological stress responses as well as the postural aches that derive from it. A slow paced routine that can be performed sat on a chair or comfortably on the ground.
This is a great addition to whole day events which require prolonged sitting and mental focus as it helps relaxation and better focus.
Participants are lead through the 30 minute sequence, we will sit comfortably either on a chair or on the floor (with the aid of cushions if necessary).
The sequence requires little space available for movement, and can be performed wearing comfortable everyday clothes as long as they allow for freedom of movement in the upper body. No yoga mats or other props required.
