Description
We created this package to offer essential MHFA Training, a must for any organisation - paired with a vital ongoing support structure for those that become MHFAs with Group Reflective Practice.
Once trained, more often than not your employees can be faced very quickly with challenging and sensitive conversations including grief and suicide, so the support Group Reflective Practice allows them a safe place to think about their MHFA role, work safely & responsibly and ultimately look after themselves.
The MHFA training is offered by two of the most experienced trainers out there; Patrick and Tom are established in this space and also have the benefit of backgrounds in media and education respectively.
They understand how to present and engage the groups to prepare them for this important role within your organisation.
Reflective Practice is already offered to many of our clients to support their MHFAs and is an incredibly important part of the structure, process and safety of your employees.
The training is the latest, revamped content from MHFA and is based on their learning over the last few years.
