Life gets busier, time is a precious commodity and all the while tension builds. We feel less calm, less able to cope and react appropriately (?) in the moment.
How often it is we wake up feeling panicked before the day has begun – and now you’re being asked to meditate?
During this interactive programme, Katy will share her own history with meditation when there wasn’t “2 minutes to sit down and meditate let alone an hour!” Katy will also impart her realistic approach which she's developed through practice.
Katy has built meditation and meditative techniques into her daily life and cultivated a sense of calm when the world is in chaos, peace when confronted with incredibly challenging situations and clarity of thought.
There will be a guided meditation and lots of tips that don’t involve a dramatic shift in your existing routine along with a group discussion if you wish to share.
