Indian Head Massage

This treatment focuses on massaging acupressure points along the head, neck and shoulders, which requires no oils or equipment - a very accessible treatment and perfect for those new to massage. It is done whilst seated.

Originating from an Indian alternative medicine system called Ayurveda, it is believed that the mind and body are connected and can influence one another, and so is thought to reduce headaches, and improve physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
