Lauretta & Sharon Gavin are sisters who alongside their comedy double act, have a passion for healthy plant-based food. Sharon was diagnosed with a rare autoimmune disease and regained her health after completely changing her diet & lifestyle. Lauretta retrained as a natural vegan chef and In 2018 they set up The Detox Barn; a plant-based yoga retreat with their homemade vegan food to inspire others. The Detox Barn has been a huge success achieving five-star critically acclaimed reviews across the board. We go through an extremely thorough vetting process with all of our practitioners, so you can rest assured that they will be of the highest standard for your organisation. However, as we first start to work with clients we can organise a 10min introduction with our practitioners.
