Rachael White is an employee experience specialist, certified mindset coach and owner of The Restart Story. Rachael’s expertise in change management and creating a great workplace culture enables her to support her clients with big life changes, whether it’s a new career role or becoming a parent and gets them back to being their best selves.
A natural problem solver, Rachael qualified as a coach in 2018 after leading large teams for over 10 years previously, where development was her priority. She then moved into a culture and development role, influencing the culture and championing diversity and wellbeing for a large media company.
