Description
A 30 minute routine to wake up the physical and energetic body.
Participants will experience a unique blend of postures and simple exercises that promote energy flow, aid concentration and better focus at work as well as offsetting the negative side effects of prolonged sitting.
A dynamically paced routine of standing postures and movements. This is a great addition to whole day events which require prolonged sitting and mental focus as it helps reinvigorate physical and mental energy.
Participants are led through the a 30 minute sequence.
We will stand and work on the spot, in bare feet. The sequence requires little space available for movement, and can be performed wearing gym clothes but also comfortable everyday clothes as long as they allow for freedom of movement. No yoga mats or other props required.
