This session is ideal for a lunch hour or coffee break and focuses on the importance of physical and mental health at our desks It addresses the main issues that occur when we sit at desks for long periods of time, then explains ways to counteract these negative effects in the form of yoga in our chair. The exercises are all aimed to reduce aches and pains, specifically in the problematic areas such as our neck, shoulders, back and hips. Employees will leave feeling balanced and refreshed.Sarah Hunt
