Our breath is a practical and powerful tool for navigating challenging situations at work and in life. When we let our breath get out of control and shallow, we are more likely to become overwhelmed and not handle challenging situations in the way we would like. On the other hand, by practising various breathwork patterns, we can learn to deepen and slow down our breathing so that it works for us instead. Deeper and slower breaths activate our parasympathetic nervous system, leading to more calm and groundedness. Intentionally connecting with the Breath of Life is one of the most powerful ways for us to heal and restore a sense of well-being. Energy Healing is a holistic healing practice that works on your energetic bodies, the chakras and aura to help release any heavy energies that may be within them. When we carry around heavy energies, that can reduce our ability to cope with many of the modern challenges of life. During the session, Tor will guide you through a series of calming breathwork patterns, bring forward his unique resonant singing, and perform hands-on energy healing to cleanse your energetic bodies. The aim is to cleanse and balance your mind, body, and spirit so that you can more effectively cope with work and life. This is a restorative breathwork class and will not include intense breathing. This session should leave you feeling peaceful and at ease.Tor Njamo

Tor is a spiritual practitioner who draws upon holistic practices: coaching, psychology, visualisation, breathwork, psychism and tarot, as well as colour, crystal and sound energy healing. He curates spaces for people to reflect, heal and connect more deeply with themselves and their intuition.
