Description
If you are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, so consumed by your role that you haven’t got the energy or bandwidth to live a satisfying life outside of work...and are struggling with negative thoughts telling you ‘you’re not good enough and are going to get found out’ – please know you are NOT to blame for being in this situation.
Because burnout is still primarily perceived as a problem with individuals. This false assumption often leads us to doubt ourselves further and fear we are ‘not coping and are not up to the job’. This leads to stigma, shame, more stress and prevents us from reaching out for the timely help we need.
The truth is burnout is caused by BOTH factors in the workplace environment AND aspects of our personality, e.g. beliefs and behaviours related to people pleasing, the need to achieve or be perfect - and when combined these can lead us to reach a state of exhaustion and depletion.
In this coaching programme I take a two-pronged approach to banish burnout using practical tools and strategies to tackle both personal and workplace factors and build your resilience – leaving you feeling calm, clear, confident, and empowered to make wise choices, so you can enjoy your work and home life once again.
