Prior to retirement often there is no or little time to reflect and take actions due to existing work loads. Retirement coaching focuses on you and your organisation to remove the anxiety of 'what's next' and provide an opportunity for a smooth transition to build capacity and succession planning for your organisation. During the sessions explore: making sense of the transition; alternatives to retirement and future planning. We recommend a minimum of 5 coaching sessions to see results.

The Retirement Coaching programme is designed to make you feel receptive to retirement, confident and able to take the next steps in your reinvention. We don’t believe there’s a one size fits all approach to coaching. We pride ourselves on creating a bespoke coaching programme that works for the individual. Retirement Coaching is all about setting up for success for you and organisation for a smooth transition and to work out what you need to do more of (or less of) to plan for the future.
