Description
1-2-1 Reflective Practice with a qualified Supervisor / Facilitator offers individual employees a reflective, confidential and safe space in which to discuss and think about their role and responsibilities:
How does the employee work across boundaries and how does their role feed into the overall team?
What challenges is the employee facing and how does the individual work with others to deliver what they need to?
The session is ultimately a space for individual employees to address their own mental health and their place as both human and employee within the process.
